Job Purpose:
Create, develop, and monitor the company’s policies and procedures ensuring required process and standards are met and matching with the company’s vision and objectives, and maintaining quality management system regulations and compliance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving excellence in Quality assurance, control of policies and processes capability to meet organization's Quality standards/objectives.
- Design, develop and implement policies, SOPs and Quality Control measures, ERP and Internal audit system.
- Conduct surveillance and reviews of the quality systems, including those of subcontractors and suppliers.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop corrective and preventive action plans for Quality non-conformance/compliance cases.
- Periodic inspection of sites to check Quality status and minimize Wastage.
- Semi annual review of the designed SOPs, and adjustment if needed.
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant major10+ years in a relevant position (QA, QC, Compliance or Audit) Auditing & ISO certifications are advantages.Strong analytical skills and detailed accuracy. Ability to think creatively, take initiative, work collaboratively and independently. Conflict management and Stress tolerance.- Location: HQ, Zamalek - Cairo (visits to e2 October Park & e2 Alamein Park are required)
