Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and driving sales growth through effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect arrangement or bouquet for their special occasions
- Offer personalized advice and recommendations on flower arrangements, bouquets, and other products
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Restock shelves and replenish inventory if neededAssist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining customer records
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall customer experience
