  • Match the data of the sales system with the employee’s incoming calls and messages to validate the data, with an average of 200 data correction cases per day, and a monthly target of 5,500 confirmation cases.
  • Find cases of abuse, send requests to verify and report violations, control them, and transfer them to direct manager to inform HR in preparation for referring employee for investigation, and prepare monthly reports. (The employee receives a reward of 500 pounds if he investigates at least 5 cases per month.)
  • Filter the data in any form requested and prepare reports, graphs, and illustrations
  • Follow up on tasks assigned by the administration to track specific cases and calls.
  • Cooperate with the Complaints Department in recording the complaint and provide any information requested about the complaint and its path
  • Send reports on a regular basis to direct manager for review then to the sales department (daily, weekly, monthly)

Minimum number of years of experience: 2 years.Bachelor’s degree.Proficiency in the English language B1Complete proficiency in Excel.Exerience for at least 1 year in customer service.Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
