MDP is seeking a talented and experienced HR professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key role in attracting, retaining, and developing top talent. You will be responsible for a variety of HR functions, including:
-Recruitment and Onboarding: Develop and implement strategies to attract qualified candidates, manage the recruitment process, and onboard new hires.
-Benefits Administration: Oversee all aspects of our employee benefit plans, ensuring compliance and effective communication.
-Employee Relations: Handle employee concerns, maintain positive employee relations, and foster a culture of inclusion and respect.
-Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems, conduct performance reviews, and support employee development.
-HR Compliance: Stay up-to-date on HR laws and regulations and ensure MDP is in compliance.
What We're Looking For:-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (preferred).Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a Human Resources role.Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Proficient in HR software and technology.
