- Submit reports analyzing all Raw material costs.
- Review production batches and inventory transactions along with closing reports from operations teams.
- Collect and analyze all information necessary to determine the cost of all the company's products.
- Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare costing reports.
- Compare planned costs to actual production costs and report all variances.
- Maintain Fixed assets report and depreciation analysis.
- Monitor the cycle count process.
- Determine standard costs and investigate variances with actual costs
- Prepare detailed reports, both periodically and ad-hoc
- Support management to make important decisions based on costs and benefits (e.g. market growth, pricing changes…)
- Create and manage budgets, and monitor spending
- Monitor changes in processes or methods to calculate effects on overall costs
- Estimate product costs for existing and new products
- Forecast and analyze costs of processes, labor, and inventory
- Suggest cost-reducing or profitable solutions
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Or Finance.4 - 7 years of experience.Proven work experience as a Senior Cost Accountant and Cost Analyst.Construction background is a must.Excellent use of M.S Office.Excellent analytical skills with attention to details.Strong time management & communication skills.
