  • Assist with various administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, filing, and maintaining databases and records.
  • Have knowledge of social media platforms. 
  • Keep the reception area tidy and well-stocked with all necessary supplies and promotional materials.
  • Contribute to special projects and events as needed

Bachelor degree of related discipline     Minimum of 5 years of experience Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Excellent communication skillsExcellent Time management skills
