  • Receiving customer calls, classifying them, recording them on the call sheet, registering them on the CRM, transferring them to the specialist in their request, and following up on solving their problems and complaints in accordance with the work procedures followed.                                                
  • Respond to all customer comments on social networking pages through the Trengo program or through Facebook and transfer these customers to the departments concerned with his request in accordance with the work procedures followed.
  • Respond to all customer conversations coming from different channels (Facebook messenger, WhatsApp, Website, Instagram, Twitter, Telegram) through the Trengo program, and transfer these conversations to the relevant department of students after completing the data required from the customer in accordance with the work procedures followed.
  • Upload the Leads sent to them through the e-mail from the direct manager or marketing manager or sales team or operation team or any other departments on the CRM and direct it to sales in accordance with the work procedures followed.
