Dutch Customer Service Agent

Egypt - Cairo

1) Respond to customer-submitted inquiries in a timely manner via Emails & chats

2) Queue-based, typing work will account for approximately 90% of the role.

3) Training, 1:1s/ team meetings, reviewing guides/resources will account for about 10% of the time.

4) Troubleshoot and guide customers through questions and issues with their Account, Billing, Domains, Google Workspace and other inquiries

5) Independently meet targets across Quality, Productivity and Customer Satisfaction, in any channel.


1) High school diploma or bachelor's degree.2) Very Good English Speaker3) Excellent language skills, especially written, in the Dutch language4) Customer-facing experience required in a similar role (online support preferred, retail, hospitality, etc.)5)Foreigners with work permits are welcomed to apply Work Location: Maadi, Technology ParkBenefits : Social, Medical & TransportationSalary: Up to 40,000 EGP
