Leadership and Performance Management:
- Set objectives for subordinates and monitor their performance, conducting quarterly evaluations.
Scheduling and Baseline Management:
- Develop and maintain master baselines for project timelines, costs, and resource allocation.
- Ensure all project schedules are accurate and reflect the latest project plans.
- Optimize the allocation of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
Budgeting and Cost Estimation:
- Prepare comprehensive budgets and review cost estimates provided by the procurement team.
- Establish and manage contingency reserves to address potential project
- Cash Flow Preparation:
- Prepare and maintain detailed cash flow forecasts for all projects.
- Monitor actual cash flows against forecasts and make necessary adjustments to ensure financial stability
Monitoring and Progress Tracking:
- Monitor project progress against the established baselines.
- Identify deviations from the project plan and recommend corrective actions to keep the project on track.
Earned Value Management:
- Oversee all aspects of earned value management (EVM) to ensure accurate performance measurement.
- Analyze project performance data to provide actionable insights for project improvement.
Issue and Risk Management:
- Highlight critical issues or deviations during project implementation phases to the PM, Projects Director, and Managing Director.
Review and approval
- Manage and approve purchase requisitions (PRs), purchase orders (POs), variation forms, subcontractor agreements, subcontractor invoices, logistics invoices, project petty cash, and client invoices.
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to manage contract terms and payment schedules effectively.
Reporting and Communication:
- Prepare regular reports on project performance, highlighting key metrics, progress, and any issues requiring attention.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates and obtain necessary approvals.
Project Management Methodology:
- Identify and develop project management methodologies, best practices, and standards.
- Guide and manage project policies, procedures, templates, and other documentation (organizational process assets).

Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineeringYears of Experience: From 3 to 5 years preferably in the solar industry.Computer Skills: Advanced Excel, Scheduling tools (MS Project & Primavera), and Power BI.PMP is a plus. Proven work experience as a Demand Planner or a similar role Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills
