- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.- 4 years minimum of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.- Excellent business development and client relationship management skills.- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement.-Must own a car.
