- Delivering full technical and product knowledge Training
- Produce training schedules and classroom agenda
- Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.)
- Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually
- Arrange for and conduct on-site training when needed
- Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc.
- Observe and evaluate results of training programs
- Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements
- Monitoring, coaching, briefing team whenever required
- Full responsibility of training clients' machines operators
- Being fully responsible for the Knowledge Base on daily basis
- Getting all the updates from each department and cascading to call center
- Creating and editing the training material
- Reviewing every training content with the manager
