• Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
• Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
• Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
• Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue
• Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
• Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
• Ensure all issues are properly logged
• Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
• Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting

- Technical Office Engineer “Roads ”- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering- Proficiency in CAD Software AutoCAD, Civil 3D  to inventory quantities and experience in dealing with the owners to clear the extracts ( It is preferable to have previously worked on a high-speed train ) - Experience with tools like Microsoft Project,- Familiarity with local and international standards and codes (e.g., ASTM, ACI, ISO).-  Understanding of various construction techniques and materials.- Ability to create, review, and manage technical documentation including drawings, specifications, and reports.- Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure timelines are met.- Produce and review detailed engineering drawings and plans.- Provide technical guidance and support to on-site teams, troubleshoot issues that arise during construction.- Ensure that all work complies with relevant standards and specifications, conduct site inspections.- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and as-built drawings.- Depending on the project location, proficiency in the local language and/or English.- Willingness to travel or relocate depending on project requirements.
