Prepare baseline schedule (Client & Internal)
Prepare monthly schedule update (Client & Internal)
Engineering, Subcontractors and Procurement follow up
Prepare daily, Weekly and Monthly report (Consultant & Internal Reports)
Coordinate and communicate the project issues and progress with all project’s stakeholders
Perform variance analysis and recommend corrective actions
Prepare revised/recovery plans in case of schedule slippage.
Preparing delay analysis for EOT claims
