The candidate will be responsible for all Civil and electro-mechanical work for all factories and buildings owned by the companies.
- Manage all new projects' civil part design, license, and implementations.
- Manage all the necessary civil and electro-mechanical maintenance for existing projects.
- Manage construction work, concrete, and preferred steel structure.
- Manage, design, develop, create, and maintain construction projects in a safe timely, and sustainable manner.
- Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data (maps – reports – tests – drawings and others).
- Support the organization and ensure timely addressing of contractual projects.
- Manage the repair and maintenance of completed projects.
- Assessing potential risks, materials, and costs.
- Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications.
- Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies.
- Handle the resulting structures and services for use.
- Monitor progress and compile reports on project status.
- Manage budget and purchase equipment and materials.
- Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety, etc, and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.
Applicants must be Beni-Suef residents ONLY.Must have good experience in construction work, concrete, and preferred steel structures.Must have experience in finishing work.EXPERIENCE: from 5 to 12 years in the same field is a MUST.Electro-mechanical experience is preferred but not mandatory.Proven work experience as an Engineering Manager or similar role.Analytical skills for evaluating information carefully and solving complex problems.Communication skills for overseeing staff and working with other management personnel.Detail-oriented with the ability to catch minor errors that can result in major problems.Math skills, including calculus and other advanced mathematics.Organizational skills for keeping track of various budgets, employees, and schedules simultaneously.Relevant training and/or certifications as an Engineering Manager.
