Responsibilities

  • Communicate with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
  • Take responsibility for the full recruitment life cycle for different type of positions from junior to management level (starting from analyzing the vacancy request and generating talent pull until onboarding qualified candidates).
  • Manage the recruitment process through interviews to offer stage, and onboarding.
  • Deliver a first-class experience to all qualified candidates and our hiring managers.
  • Mange business stakeholders' and hiring managers' expectations
  • Identifies the most efficient sources for generating talent pull vs opened positions.
  • Draw up and submit the established reporting documents timely.
  • Job briefing and job advertisement posting by using different social media and network channels.
  • Write job descriptions related to the technical roles and make different job posts for those positions.
  • Screen, and filter applicants for the roles, and set & conduct interviews.
  • Following up with the hiring managers on the status of each candidate in the process.
  • Update our System according to the status and stage of the candidates.
  • Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
  • Support in multiple other projects that relate to our Employer branding.
  • Support in the onboarding process, according to the assigned tasks.
  • Participate in tech meetups and/or events to network with tech talents and professionals.
  • Initiate different methods of attracting talents and building strong pipelines.
  • Initiate different ideas to improve the hiring process if needed.
  • Promote the company’s profile as part of the employer branding through different initiatives and projects.


 


QualificationsDesired Skills and Experience3+ years of proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter.Sourcing and recruiting experience with technologies like Java, JS/Angular, PHP, React Native, .Net, Devops.Technologically literate with strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other commonly used software together with LinkedIn, and internet research.Full cycle recruiting experience supporting hiring managers by delivering recruitment solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic and client-oriented business modelBSc in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, computer science or relevant degree.Technical expertise in understanding and explaining job requirements for technical roles.Solid knowledge of different sourcing methods through multiple platforms.Employer branding and onboarding experience is a plus.Excellent verbal and written English language.Excellent communication skills.Solid understanding of HR practices. Benefits:We want you to stay healthy and safe, we offer private Health Insurance coverage for our employees.We believe in work-life balance, so we offer you 21 days of annual leave as per labor law.Other benefits are submitted.
