- Handle the maintenance in the workshop.
- Adjust the workloads of employees to match their skills and abilities.
- Handle diagnosis and preliminary diagnosis on vehicles using corresponding diagnosis tools and aids.
- Document diagnosis methods and processes.
- Contact the customer for additional information on the malfunction.
- Provide the service technicians with an accurate description of the reasons for returning the vehicle to them and assist/guide them to solve the problem.
- Contact technical support department in case of complex technical problems
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is a MUST; preferably Automotive major.0– 3 years of experienceHeliopolis, New Cairo, Sherouk/Obour City residents are preferred.Very strong interpersonal and communication skills.Mature, reliable, and self-motivated.Very good command of spoken and written English language.Good computer skills.Excellent analytical thinking.Excellent negotiation skills.Organized, dynamic, flexible, trustful and customer oriented.
