  • Ensure that standards and safety regulations are observed in the hospital.

  • Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with medical quality standards and health, safety and environmental regulations, and supervise their implementation.

  • Monitor and evaluate processes and systems to ensure the quality of health care provided, and identify potential deficiencies and other problems.

  • Investigate quality incidents, determine the root causes of incidents, understand the likelihood of their reoccurrence and its impact, and supervise the resolution of those incidents.

  • Develop the necessary recommendations to improve processes and systems to prevent systematic or occasional quality problems.

  • 6- Preparing and submitting reports on the quality of medical services and providing recommendations to improve them and reduce accidents and surrounding risks
