Bicycle Technician
We are seeking an experienced bicycle technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining bicycles to ensure they are in safe, working condition. This includes diagnosing issues, replacing parts, tuning brakes and gears, and performing general maintenance. You will also assist customers with selecting and installing new bicycles, accessories, and gear. Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and customer service orientation are essential. 1-2 years of experience in a bicycle repair or retail setting is preferred. Proven work experience as a Service Writer or similar roleComputer literacy and knowledge of office software programsExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong record-keeping skillsThe ability to understand and relate technical issues to the service team from customers’ non-technical descriptionsA high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
