1) Undertake all needed action to complete bill of quantities and all materials quantity surveying along with all required specification in accordance to all approved technical drawings in liaison with design team.
2) Meeting with sub-contractors to discuss shop drawings details and secure best competitive prices…etc.
3) Hire, prepare, document sub-contractors agreements in coordination with finance team…etc.
4) Estimate materials cost in accordance approved technical drawings and sub-contractors relevant prices.
5) Manage and update variation orders in coordination with site and design teams.
6) Maintain accurate and clear documentation for operational procedures and activities.
7) Manage, and track client invoices cycle according to contract milestones and corresponding site progress in coordination with finance team…etc.
8) In coordination with site team, measure and value the completed work on site.
BSC Civil / architectural engineering.Must have minimum of 1-3 years relevant experience in construction field.familiar with AutoCAD and MS office.
