- Plan and track shipment of final products according to customer requirement.
- Formulate a rigid cycle for all logistics in alignment with ECC’s business strategic goals.
- Design a demand plan, which is a reliable forecast report used to help determine the appropriate number of supplies through cycles of high and low market demand.
- Prepare accurate reports and invoices for upper management.
- Scope and sequence the capacity of Logistics and Supply Chain on a regular basis.
- Keep proper records of all forms of transactions relating to the company’s logistics operations.
- Communicate transport or logistics cost to customers or suppliers as the case may be.
- Evaluate and process claims made by customers.
- Track shipments across different channels.
- Verify the items in each order and package them for shipment.
- Generate shipping labels and packing slips.
- Sort packages into the proper area for shipping.
- Establish a comprehensive data management board that pinpoints the structured info of all demands or external business transactions, particularly logistics.
- Regularly analyze data and report to the direct manager.
- Identify and resolve any constrains that may confront the international attestation and legalization.
- Answer calls regarding shipping inquiries.
- Communicate with students to inform them about their certificates shipping status.
- Retrieve items for shipment.
- Monitor the entire processor product movement.
- Find out the challenges faced during shipping whether internally or externally or even via vendors.
- Explore all the pending logistics transactions or delayed requestor unresolved cases or missed items at the pick-up then report it to the direct manager.
- Observe the status of all students who are sent for graduation and start effectively from the early beginning to plan out the student’s graduation journey.
- Verify the full fair usage of all the company ’stools.
- Follow up all ingoing or outgoing mails with any internal or external stakeholders related to logistics or shipping or legalization or attestation.
- Follow up the business accounts of ECC at the logistics partners ’platforms and report all info to the direct manager.
- Validate all required data about the students’ transcripts before and after signing.
- Update inventory tracking system.
- Classify the items that need to be considered while validating the files picked up from carriers.
- Lead the whole shipping process from the very beginning to maintain accurate and quick delivery for the shipments.
- Manage any logistics constrains without hindering applying all personal and professional skills and adhering to all work ethics and ECC’s regulations.
- Manage all external work missions.
- Develop good business rapport with all stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or other relevant fields.International courses in purchasing, logistics, business management or PR or a such.Proven experience in a demand planning / Shipping and logistics/ CS/Admission/ Sales/Student affairs role.Solid understanding of Logistics support.Excellent communication and time management skills, Great Interpersonal skills
