Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
Manage HR budget and resources effectively to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are integrated into the organization effectively.
Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute workforce planning strategies to meet the organization's staffing needs.
Monitor employee morale and engagement levels and develop initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.


Experience in the travel and tourism field is a must.Previous experience in human resources management, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry.Familiarity with labor laws, and employment regulations.Familiarity with industry standards related to tourism and hospitality is a plus.Experience with recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compensation and benefits administration.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.Conflict resolution skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.A proactive approach to addressing HR-related issues and implementing improvements to HR processes and policies.Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a dynamic industry like tourism.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
