HR Manager

Egypt - Cairo

1- Lead and develop policies, processes, and initiatives to support the organization's human resource compliance and strategy needs
2- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention
3- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
4- Ensure job descriptions are up-to-date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations
5- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
6- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
7- Develop and implement departmental budgets
8- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high-performance
9- Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
10- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.


1- Over 7 years of experience in a similar field (3-5 years of experience as an HR manager)2- Excellent to Fluent in English is a must3- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software4- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills5- Experience in a service-providing company such as in the industries of entertainment or tourism is a plus6- Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees
