Accounts Manager ( Digital Marketing Background )

1. Client Relationship Management:

- Serve as the main point of contact for franchisees, building and maintaining strong relationships.

- Understand the franchisees' business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.

- Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with franchisees to discuss campaign progress, results, and upcoming initiatives.

- Actively listen to franchisees' needs and provide strategic recommendations to achieve their marketing goals.

2. Account Planning and Strategy:

- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns that align with the franchisees' goals and objectives.

- Conduct thorough research on the franchisees' industry, target audience, and competitors to provide strategic insights and recommendations.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive marketing plans that incorporate various channels and tactics.

3. Campaign Management:

- Coordinate and manage the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as creative, digital, and social media teams, to ensure seamless campaign execution.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to franchisees.

- Make data-driven recommendations to optimize campaign performance and achieve desired outcomes.

4. Project Management:

- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.

- Use project management tools and software to track progress, allocate resources, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

5. Issue Resolution and Client Satisfaction:

- Handle any franchisees' issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner.

- Address franchisees' feedback and make necessary revisions to ensure franchisees' satisfaction.

- Strive to enhance the overall franchisees' experience and exceed their expectations.

6. Industry Knowledge and Insights:

- Stay current with industry news, trends, and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations to franchisees.

- Share industry insights and thought leadership with franchisees to position the agency as a trusted advisor.


- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.- English Language fluency is a must (B2 at least)- MS Power BI experience is a big plus.- Proven work experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role within a marketing agency or related industry.- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.- Proficiency in project management tools and software.- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to clients.- Strong organizational and time management skills.- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices is a plus.
