Manage and Oversee Manufacturing Operations:
-Manage and oversee all manufacturing operations, including production scheduling, quality assurance, inventory control, and maintenance.
-Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize factory productivity, efficiency, and safety.
-Monitor production output, identify bottlenecks or issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
-Oversee inventory management, including raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
Manage and Direct Factory Workforce:
-Manage and direct the factory's workforce, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management of production, maintenance, and support staff.
-Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and other departments to ensure supplies, equipment, and resources are available to meet production goals.
Analyze Data and Drive Continuous Improvement:
-Analyze production data, costs, and other metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
-Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and quality control requirements.
Act as Liaison and Representative:
-Represent the factory and liaise with senior leadership, customers, and other stakeholders.
-Manage the factory's budget and control costs to meet financial targets.
