Facility Sales Executive

Egypt - Cairo

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a background in facility services to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will identify and capitalize on opportunities within the facility services industry, develop strategic sales plans, and deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs.

        Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential leads within the facility services industry.
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve assigned quotas and targets.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Present comprehensive proposals and effectively negotiate contracts.
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Manage and oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the facility services market landscape and competitor offerings.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of effective sales strategies.
     

 


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in Facility Management, or related industriesProven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the facility services industry.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with clients at all levels.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
