1- Sales:-
- Meet walking clients and find the suitable options to fit their needs.
- Prepare delivery orders and revise with warehouse for availability, follow up delivery punctuality and abide by punctual delivery policies.
- Follow up with potential clients.
- Represent the company, with showroom manager, in exhibitions and trade fairs.
- Understand & monitor all the different competitors in the market.
2- After Sales Service:-
- Contact with clients, after sales, to solve their problems, if any, by himself if possible or direct their issues to the concerned department.
- Follow up delivery with clients, delivery team, and warehouses to ensure prompt and accurate delivery.
- Report customer feedback and unmet demands and requests through customer feedback forms.
3- Follow up showroom operations:-
- Help showroom manager in showroom display ideas.
- Follow up any issues in showroom and direct it to showroom manager, if needed.
- Make sure that the showroom is always up to the standards.
- Receive, Label, and examine products at the showroom.
4- Documentation:-
- Keep record of clients’ visits, sales log, and stock transactions.
- Control the movements in & out from the showroom to the stock or to the clients.
- Talk photos and dimensions for stock items to create the right description and complete the missing data.
- Analyze sales items report to know which items sale the most.
- Create & update client database so we can send the clients any new products.
Bachelor's degree in Fine/ Applied Arts or Architect Engineering or any relevant field.4-5 years of experience in sales activities.MUST have a car.Excellent user for Microsoft Office, especially excel, word, PowerPoint & AutoCAD.Excellent command of English.Mathematical & analytical skills.Excellent Negotiation, Presentation & Communications skills.Following Up Skills.Customer focused.Problem-solving.Self-confident & motivated.
