Sales Executive

  • Follow up on leads and win new clients.
  • Follow up with the customer (details, designs, packing, delivery dates, loading & payment).
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow accounts.
  • Retain clients and build strong, trusting relationships.
  • Understand client needs and identify new business opportunities within your portfolio.
  • Provide superior customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and propose new tools and processes.
  • Develop, maintain excellent knowledge and understand of our business, offerings, competitors, and industry.

BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field.Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive.Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).Understanding of sales performance metrics.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.Preferred experience in the field of Glass Tableware.Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.Prefer Female
