Administrative Assistant

Job Description:

  • Providing general administrative support such as managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining files and records.
  • Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing office supplies, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and ensuring office equipment is functioning properly.
  • Entering data into computer systems, maintaining databases, and preparing reports and documents as needed.
  • Maintaining accurate records of administrative activities and other relevant information.
  • Collaborating with other administrative staff members and departments to achieve common goals and support overall company objectives.
  • Arrange daily and regular maintenance for office facilities.
  • Arrange scheduled and occasional maintenance for office utilities, i.e., electricity, plumbing, air conditions, … etc. § Maintain inventory stock for the frequently used office supplies and consumables (i.e., housekeeping tools, printing papers, spare parts, groceries, …etc)
  • Contact suppliers to provide technical and financial quotation for different office supplies (i.e., furniture, computers, printers, … etc.).
  • Initiate and follow up the approval process required for different asset and/or consumable purchases.

Job Requirements:Female, holder of a bachelor’s degree.0-1 year of relevant administrative work experience.Resident nearly Nasr City is preferred.Good communication skills.Fluent in English written and spoken.Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects at handHard worker, energetic and eager to learn.
