Main role:
To ensure the successful & timely completion of swimming pool projects and smooth execution.
- Key Requirements for the main responsibilities:
- Oversees the entire process of building a swimming pool, from planning and designing to completion and handover,
- Plays a crucial role in a swimming pool project's planning and design phase by collaborating with architects, engineers, and designers to develop project plans, blueprints, and materials lists,
- Managed costs and oversaw the development and monitoring of budgets, ensuring that the project stayed within the allocated funds,
- Track expenses, negotiate with suppliers, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality and safety,
- liaise with suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely delivery and meeting quality standards,
- Create and manage construction schedules, ensuring the project progresses efficiently and meets deadlines,
- Leads and manages a team of contractors, subcontractors, and other personnel involved in the construction process and ensures effective communication between team members,
- Ensuring the safety and quality of the swimming pool construction project and overseeing adherence to safety protocols and regulations, implementing measures to mitigate potential hazards.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Architectural Engineering, construction management, or a related field is typically required,Very Good computer skills (MS Office),Very Good English language.Experience: 15+ years of experience, including 3 years in the same position,Experience in construction management, preferably with a focus on swimming pool projects, A comprehensive knowledge of swimming pool construction techniques, materials, and standards.Competencies: Strong Leadership and Managerial skills,Project Management,Detail-Oriented, Problem-solving,Planning, scheduling, and reporting Working conditions: Full-time job, inside and outside the office
