  • Campaign Strategy Development: Work closely with stakeholders to define campaign objectives, target audience, messaging, budget, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Develop comprehensive campaign strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Campaign Planning: Create detailed campaign plans outlining tactics, timelines, resource requirements, and responsibilities. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and execution of the campaign strategy.
  • Creative Direction: Provide creative direction and guidance to design teams, copywriters, and content creators to develop compelling campaign assets such as ads, emails, landing pages, and social media content.
  • Media Planning and Buying: Determine the most effective media channels and placements to reach the target audience. Plan and execute media buys, negotiate rates, and manage relationships with media vendors.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including paid advertising campaigns (PPC), search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing. Optimize digital campaigns for maximum reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Traditional Marketing: Manage traditional marketing channels such as print, television, radio, and outdoor advertising. Develop creative concepts, coordinate production, and monitor performance of traditional marketing campaigns.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Monitor spending, track expenses, and provide regular updates on budget performance.
  • Campaign Execution: Oversee the implementation of campaign tactics, including scheduling, creative production, ad placement, and distribution. Ensure all elements of the campaign are launched on time and according to plan.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor campaign performance in real-time, track key metrics, and analyze data to identify opportunities for optimization. Make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights, analysis, and recommendations to stakeholders. Communicate results effectively, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field is typically required. Advanced degrees or certifications in marketing may be advantageous.Experience: Previous experience in marketing, advertising, or campaign management is essential.
