  • ●Moderating  and reviewing all generated content , images, links, videos, audios, , comments, private messages, and user profiles made by Social Media Team members (Content Creator and Graphic Designer)..
    ●Creating and managing paid campaigns on social media platforms that aim to create potential customers (leads), as well as setting estimated budgets for them and carrying out payment operations through various means.
    ●Moderating communities in social networking sites, and adapting methodology where appropriate to ensure that the brand tone of voice is consistent and to keep our customers satisfied.
    ●Responding to and following up with queries from any communication channel to provide prospects with prompt and professional information on our products while deploying soft sales skills proactively and ensuring all quires are fulfilled on time.
    ●Aligning with the rest of the team on campaigns and selling or marketing standards and methodologies to support our business goals.
    ●Making reports on relevant moderation statistics, issues, and outcomes to have cumulative data to track the performance.
    ●Keeping track of the community moderation insights to provide feedback to the Social Media Team regularly.
    ●Monitoring all information and news related to the industry and the company to anticipate potential issues.
  •  Identify target audiences and plan media campaigns
  • ● Compare and negotiate rates, ad space and airtime
  • ● Optimize plans and budgets according to the best media mix
  • ● Prepare schedules and adjust when needed
  • ● Experiment with new platforms and channels
  • ● Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately.
  • Analyze customer expectations according to past social media activity
  • Develop social media campaigns
  • Define key performance indicators and KRAs for social media campaigns
  • Update social media content across all channels
  • Engage with customers and followers
  • Use tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite or any other social media marketing tools that you currently use or plan to use
  • Monitor campaigns and analyze data obtained
  • Track SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network
  • Develop content or assign tasks to content developers
  • Keep an eye on social media trends
  • Communicate effectively to all senior management and content developers

Experience as a social media manager or a similar role.Experience in creating social media strategiesKnowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAptitude for crafting engaging contentStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProven experience as Media Buyer or similar role; experience in digital media is preferredFamiliarity with media-buying, planning and researchBSc/BA in Marketing, Advertising or related field
