Business Partnership Manager

Overview: As a Business Partnership Manager, you will play a pivotal role in forging and nurturing strategic partnerships with brands, retailers, and other key stakeholders. You will be responsible for developing and executing partnership strategies to drive growth, expand our product offerings, and enhance our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships.

Responsibilities:

· Develop Partnership Strategy: Collaborate with the senior management team to define and execute the partnership strategy aligned with Cartlow's business objectives and growth targets.

· Identify and Engage Partners: Research, identify, and engage potential partners including brands, retailers, wholesalers, and other relevant stakeholders to expand Cartlow's product catalog and reach new markets.

· Negotiation and Contracting: Lead negotiations with prospective partners to secure favorable terms and agreements that align with Cartlow's goals and standards. Draft and finalize partnership contracts in collaboration with legal and finance teams.

· Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to foster collaboration, trust, and mutual success. Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, escalations, and strategic discussions.

· Drive Growth Initiatives: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and operations to develop and implement joint marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

· Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Track and analyze key performance metrics related to partnership activities. Use data insights to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement and implement strategies to maximize partnership effectiveness.

· Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments related to refurbished electronics and retail partnerships. Leverage market insights to inform partnership strategies and decision-making.

· Represent Cartlow: Can represent Cartlow at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to showcase our brand, explore partnership opportunities, and build our reputation within the industry.


Requirements:· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.· Proven experience (5+ years) in partnership management, business development, or a related role, preferably in the technology, e-commerce, or retail industry.· Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of driving revenue growth through successful partnership initiatives.· Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
