Revise and overview the monthly report submitted by Technical Office on site for project reporting to evaluate progress and performance, ensure compliance with set budget, quality, and schedule constraints, and undertake corrective measures or actions for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of technical operations. • Supervising and reviewing the preparations of workshop drawings, technical proposals, and construction method statements with construction personnel. • Supervising and reviewing the preparation of quantity survey reports. • Overview design drawings modifications related to site circumstances • Revise monthly invoices for subcontractors and clients • Review material and subcontractor inspections reports from consultants • Compare prices between subcontractors’ contracts and BOQ • Approve P.O. for all items of BOQs • Follow up with all section heads from different disciplines and coordinate their activities • Approve all documents (subcontractors’ invoices consultants’ invoices and shop drawings)Manage and maintain all technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and quality control records. • Implement and maintain a document control system to ensure accurate and up-to-date technical information. • Provide administrative support to the engineering team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing travel arrangements. • Oversee the technical office budget and ensure efficient use of resources. • Interface with clients and vendors on technical matters, clarifying project requirements and ensuring timely delivery of projects. • Facilitate communication between the technical office, production department, and other departments within the company. • Ensure adherence to all relevant Egyptian regulations and quality standards for pressure vessel manufacturing. • Assist with the preparation and submission of technical bids and proposals. • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for the technical office.


Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.Minimum 20-25 years of experience in Constructions Company. Strong understanding of pressure vessel design, fabrication, and quality control procedures. Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and technical document management software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
