Job Description
The Consultant is responsible generating new leads, onboard new clients’ accounts, and managing the clients’ relationships, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Furthermore, expected to adhere strictly to compliance and regulatory requirements, maintain accurate and up-to-date client data on the CRM system while ensuring confidentiality and data security, and contribute to the growth and success of the company by supporting the less senior sales team in providing superior customer service and support.

The key responsibilities:

  • Execute sales strategies to identify and acquire new clients, leveraging company’S client base.
    Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients’ accounts, as well as provide sales support to assigned accounts and add value to the customer experience.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, responding promptly and effectively to clients’ inquiries and issues.

  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of company's products and services.

  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations to new and existing clients, negotiating terms and closing deals to achieve revenue targets.

  • Report accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including sales calls, customer interactions, and sales revenue. 

  • Conduct regular meetings with potential clients and new clients to generate new business and maintain an excellent customer experience. 

  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date client information is entered into the company's CRM system and kept confidential and secure.

  • Collaborate with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales revenue targets and capture new business opportunities. 

  • Proactively identify and resolve any data quality issues within the CRM system to ensure the accuracy of customer data.

  • Follow up on client requests made through the CRM system promptly and effectively, providing superior customer service and support.

  • Ensure strict compliance with all rules and regulations related to sales and business activities, including adherence to the company's data security principles and procedures.

  • Support and participate in trade shows and industry associations as required to promote company's products and services, build brand awareness, and generate leads.

  • Stay up to date with market trends, industry developments, and regulatory requirements related to the gold market.

Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant fieldGood experience in sales and clients’ account management15+ years of experience working budgeting & costing fieldShould be Proficient in writing technical reportsHas experience in writing technical proposalsExperienced in corporate sustainability with track record of sales reporting.Knowledgeable of financial markets, trade, and investments products.Fluent command of English and ArabicExcellent user for MS Office, and exposure to other ERP OR CRM software/applications is a plusGood experience preparing presentations and proposals.
