Job Purpose
Handling all the recruitment activities within the assigned account fulfilling account manpower need with the Head count plan
Job Responsibilities
Create candidates pipeline through posting job ads on all recruitment channels.Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media.Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.Carry out the hiring process including job offer proposal, communicating it to the successful candidates.Support in organizing and attending job Fairs & recruitment eventsJob RequirementsUniversity Degree in business or related discipline.Previous mass hiring experience is a must.
