HR Manager

Responsible for overseeing the company's human resources department, ensuring efficient operations in areas such as recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, and legal compliance.

Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise the HR team to ensure their work is efficient and aligned with company goals.
  2. Participate in HR budgeting and resource planning.
  3. Assist in formulating company employee policies and procedures, and ensure employee compliance with these policies.
  4. Provide strategic HR advice to support the company's business objectives and growth plans.
  5. Ensure an efficient recruitment process that successfully attracts and screens top-tier candidates.
  6. Develop and implement employee training programs to enhance skills and performance.
  7. Manage performance evaluation and feedback processes, ensuring employees receive appropriate guidance and support.
  8. Handle employee relations matters, resolving complaints and conflicts.
  9. managing employment, compensation, and benefits-related affairs.
  10. Ensure the confidentiality and compliance of employee records and data.
  11. Assist in responding to emergencies and crisis management.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in HR management or a related field.2. At least 15 years of relevant work experience, including at least 3 years as an HR manager.3. At least 5 years of working experience in the construction field.4. Familiarity with labor laws and regulations, with relevant compliance experience.5. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.6. Leadership and teamwork abilities.7. Strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
