1- Labor Resource Coordination:

  • Plan and allocate labor resources to various construction projects based on project requirements and timelines.
  • Collaborate with the project manager to understand labor needs and ensure adequate staffing levels.

2- Compliance and Legal Adherence:

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
  • Monitor changes in labor legislation and update company policies and practices accordingly.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with labor standards and safety regulations.

3- Daily labor management: recruiting, attendance, salary, and other related work

4- Labor contract management:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate labor contracts and agreements.
  • Manage relationships with labor unions and ensure adherence to collective bargaining agreements.
  • Resolve any labor disputes or grievances in a timely and effective manner.

5- Labor relation:

  • Foster positive labor relations and maintain open communication channels with labor staff. 
  • Organize and conduct regular meetings with labor representatives to address concerns and improve working conditions.
  • Implement programs to enhance labor satisfaction and engagement.

Bachelor's degree or above with a related major.+10 years of working experience in the HR field with more than 5 years in the labor field.Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance requirements in the construction industry,Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.Strong organizational and project management skills.Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.In-depth understanding of construction industry labor practices and standards.
