- Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Manage the annual salary review process and ensure equitable and consistent compensation practices.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits.
 

Job Requirements- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in FMCG or distribution industry.
- Strong understanding of compensation principles, regulations, and market trends.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
