Customer Care Coordinator

Main scope of work: 

  • All telephone calls (in, out, & internal).
  • All fax messages (in & out)
  • All WhatsApp messages (in & out).

Duties:

  • Reporting to the Marketing Manager.
  • Receiving and sending all types of messages using the available communication channels.
  • Creating a daily log for all types of communication.
  • Presenting the company’s products and services to prospects.
  • Creating a daily log for complaints.
  • Presenting ideas for the contact center development.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.Very good command of English (spoken & written).Good computer skills.A good listener, has the ability to work with a team, and has the readiness for training.
