Type: Full-time- Remotely

Job Responsibilities:

.Partner with business stakeholders to identify and analyze business needs, translating them into technical solutions.
.Gather and document requirements, creating comprehensive functional specifications for development teams.
.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
.Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and other project documentation.
.Conduct data analysis, develop data models, and design workflows.
.Lead user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
.Provide training and support to end-users.
.Continuously evaluate and enhance processes and procedures.
.Review and compile the statement of work (SOW) before finalization.
.Evaluate vendors in collaboration with the Pre-Sales team.
.Participate in initiatives and research and development activities as required.
.Review and compile the compliance matrix to demonstrate the capabilities of proposed IT platforms.

 


Job Requirements :.4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in various domains, such as finance, human resources, telecom, digital, utilities, and operations..Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred Computer Science or Engineering.Proficiency with project management tools like JIRA and Trello..Knowledge of SQL and experience in querying databases is a plus..Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI..Familiarity with requirements management tools such as Rational DOORS and ARIS..Strong passion for designing solutions and customizing them to meet customer requirements..Demonstrated personal ownership and ability to uphold high professional standards..Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills..Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment..Strong leadership and people management abilities.
