  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • In charge of delivering the unit to the client.

Bachelor's degree in business administration or any related field.Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience, Real estate background is a mustStrong communication& problem-solving skillsAdaptabilityExcellent knowledge in Microsoft office programs.Excellent command of English.
