- Resolve technical complex issues escalated from level one support, maintain software, automate operational manual tasks.
- Check alerts, monitors the system, and work through any improvements in processes that have been identified.
- Collaborate with other teams to optimize IT infrastructure for financial services.
- Manage process changes, improve monitoring, handle new errors, user training or changes to the applications code.
Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science or any related field. 4-6 years’ experience in support operation production platform.Preferred experience in e-payments platform.Strong Linux Knowledge (scripting, searching, operating,.)Strong SQL/PL SQL knowledge.Excellent Command of English is a must.
