- Developing and implementing quality assurance processes to ensure that products meet the required quality standards.
- Auditing the company Management System to ensure its operations comply with the regulations, quality standards, and other relevant criteria.
- Defining quality procedures in concurrence with department - operating staff.
- Managing external certification audits and ensuring that the organization is prepared for audits; coordinating the audit process, and liaising with auditors to answer any questions and resolve any issues that arise during the audit.

- Identifying areas of non-conformance, discrepancies, operational problems, or other issues related and monitoring the implementation of corrective actions.
- Approve achieved results of implemented improvement projects to ensure they are connected to business objectives; increase the company's competitive advantage & financial performance.
- Issuing & reporting technical & management systems issues relevant to quality functions.
- Preparing clear explanatory documents such as customers’ charters.
- Monitoring performance & establishing statistical analysis.
- Preparing reports about current trends and future application.
- Interpreting performance data into periodic performance appraisal reports to determine the effectiveness of operations.
Bachelor's degree in engineering.MBA is preferred.DMAIC, LSSBBHaving a proven background in quality assurance activities.Certified as a Lead auditor in quality; OH&S and environmental standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 17025.Having a strong leadership skills & people management skill.Provides affective communication regarding objectives, initiatives & performance.English Language - Very Good.Excellent knowledge of all MS Applications (Word; PowerPoint; Excel….) & ERP / Data statistical analysis (Minitab).Possess practical written & verbal communication skills.Total Quality Management deployment.Project management / Decision – making skills / Strategic Management.Possesses the necessary technical skills to resolve quality problems.Data statistical analysis; meeting data integrity standards.
