- Set strategic goals and directions for industrial sectors in alignment with MTI,
- Define industrial sector gaps and opportunities through extensive diagnosis and analysis,
- Develop plans and programs in cooperation with IMC stakeholders and business communities to achieve IMC strategic goals and directions,
- Ensure the implementation of the developed plans/programs in collaboration with programs owners and field,
- Encourage and coordinate new initiatives/ideas received from IMC stakeholder and business community and develop its concepts and put them into practice,
- Represent IMC in organized events and others within the business community,
- Liaise on with stakeholders and external organizations to maintain and ensure cooperative efforts,
- Respond to all assignments and ad-hocks as instructed by executive director.
The following skills and experience are required to fulfill the specific tasks:Degree/post graduate qualification in relevant discipline from a reputable university (business/engineering),A minimum of 15 years of experience, preferably among which 7 years in furniture industrial sector related to Furniture experience,Strategic thinking /planning ability,Leadership and self-confidence are required,Operation management/Project management experience,High communication skills, excellent inter-personal, communication and presentation skillsFluency in Arabic & English, written and spoken,Excellent computer skills and report WritingCapability of working on own initiative and good team player.
