We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant to the CEO. You will play a vital role in supporting the CEO's busy schedule, ensuring their day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively manage their workload.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and briefing materials.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on the CEO's behalf.
- Manage travel logistics, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Oversee expense reports and ensure timely filing.
- Draft correspondence, emails, and reports as needed.
- Research and compile industry trends and competitor information relevant to the CEO's needs.
- Maintain a confidential and professional work environment.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant.Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Experience with project management tools a plus.Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.A keen understanding of the food export industry is preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (and additional languages a plus).
