Responsibilities:

  1. Proposal Development: Develop clear, concise, and persuasive proposals, bids, and responses to RFPs (Request for Proposals) that highlight the company's strengths, capabilities, and solutions.
  2. Content Creation: Write and edit content for proposals, including executive summaries, project descriptions, pricing tables, and technical specifications, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with client requirements.
  3. Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand client needs, industry trends, competitor offerings, and market insights, incorporating relevant information into proposals to enhance competitiveness.
  4. Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, technical teams, and subject matter experts to gather information, review proposal content, address client concerns, and ensure proposal submissions are timely and compliant.
  5. Proposal Management: Manage the proposal development process from initiation to submission, including coordinating reviews, revisions, approvals, and final formatting to meet quality standards and submission deadlines.
  6. Quality Assurance: Perform quality assurance checks on proposals to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines, company standards, and client requirements.
  7. Document Management: Maintain a centralized repository of proposal templates, content libraries, case studies, success stories, and other resources to streamline future proposal development efforts.
  8. Continuous Improvement: Evaluate proposal outcomes, solicit feedback from stakeholders, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to enhance the effectiveness and success rate of proposals

Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience as a Proposal Writer, Technical Writer, or similar role in a competitive business environment.Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and proposal management software/tools.Familiarity with RFP processes, proposal development methodologies, and industry-specific terminology.Ability to work independently, collaborate with diverse teams, and adapt to changing priorities.Knowledge of sales, marketing, and business development concepts is a plus.Portfolio of previous proposals, writing samples, or relevant documentation is highly desirable.
