.0  Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Head of a group of technicians, skilled laborers
2. Lead his group in the comprehensive implementation of all types of FM activities. 
3. Prepares maintenance programs and maintenance schedules for all equipment's related to his work 
4. Prepares daily check lists for all related equipment’s (CCTV, Audio video, Car barriers, Education media, Projectors, Control room equipment, interactive screens, …..) software and hard ware.
5. Prepares BMS 7 days program to be matching with complex requirement 
6. Monitor and help BMS, CMMS operators
7. Prepares training courses for his group and other groups to be sure that all employees perform their jobs in a productive way 
8. Enforces and adopts safety procedures and precautions for his group
9. Monitor and analyses his team reports to evaluate his group performance
10. Prepares monthly report  
11. Follow up all sub contractors work and evaluate all related work
12. Prepares and monitors minimum, maximum stock lists with help of store keeper
13. Supervises urgent incidents /events /complaints and give proposal to remedy that issue 
14. Monitors all CMMS work order and preventive maintenance schedule and insure that his team follow all required and issued tasks 
15. Coordinate with his manager to make budgetary analyses and cost centers 
16. Ensure that all parts for maintenance /overhaul are good and according to operation and maintenance manuals recommendations.
17. Maintain a well organized operational and maintenance manuals and as built drawings
18. Coordinate with help dick to support all CMMS related works 
19. Coordinate with help desk to keep organized filing and record systems 
20. Coordinate with team to organize all related works
21. Prepares if needed any deprecation planes for all equipment's.   
22. Gives his inputs to prepares technical work shop and required tools 
23. Reports directly to director of engineering
