Personnel Specialist

Job Description

  • Prepare and maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, promotions or assignments.
  • Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records.
  • Responsible for reviewing the absence cases & take the required disciplinary action.
  • Assist in Hiring and termination process.
  • Conduct payroll audits and balances to ensure accuracy.
  • Track employees' absences (regular / irregular) and send legal warnings accordingly.
  • Manage the process of employee termination and suspension (resignations, end of contract…etc.) employees.
  • Revise and maintain attendance system, Payroll Variable entries on HR system, (Leaves, Permission and sick leave).

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
  • More than 3 years of HR experience, focusing on personnel management.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
  • SAP experience is preferred.
