Job Description :-

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Odoo Developer to join our team. As an Odoo Developer, you will be responsible for developing and customizing applications using the Odoo platform to meet our business requirements. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives, translating business needs into technical specifications, and implementing solutions that optimize business processes.

Responsibilities :-

• Designing and developing custom Odoo modules and applications based on business requirements.
• Customizing and configuring existing Odoo modules to enhance functionality and usability.
• Collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Translating business needs into technical specifications and creating detailed implementation plans.
• Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Python programming language.
• Implementing front-end UI/UX enhancements using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Integrating third-party systems and APIs with Odoo platform.
• Conducting thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for Odoo applications.
• Documenting technical specifications, processes, and procedures.

Requirements :-

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Odoo Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming language.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end development.
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and ORM concepts.
• Knowledge of Odoo framework and its architecture.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and design scalable solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Odoo certification(s) is a plus.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of other programming languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript frameworks like Vue.js or React).
• Experience with Odoo deployment, customization, and maintenance.
