Sales Representative with software solutions / light current systems / IT knowledge to join our team.

  • Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
  • Conduct in-depth discussions with potential clients to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Present product demonstrations and proposals to prospects, highlighting the features and benefits of our products.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to develop customized solutions that meet the specific requirements of each client.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact for their needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products and services in the market.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities to management.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our company and establish connections within the community.
  • Continuously strive to improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills through ongoing training and professional development.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Proven track record of success in sales (preferably IT sales), with a minimum of [3] years of experience in a similar role.Good technical aptitude and understanding of IT solutions, including hardware, software, networking, and cybersecurity.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, from initial contact through to post-sale support.Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.Solid negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and resolve conflicts effectively.Knowledge in CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events.
